SHIPPING + DELIVERY

ALL ORDERS ARE SHIPPED OUT EVERY MONDAY.  Some products will need a processing time of 2-3 days so if the order is placed on Monday, it will be shipped out in the week.

In urgent cases,  you can always send us an email.

PRE-ORDERS WILL TAKE LONGER DEPENDING ON THE PRODUCT. We provide tracking for all orders.

After that, delivery can be expected within the; 

AFRICAN COUNTRIES *4-5 WORKING DAYS

EUROPEAN COUNTRIES (INCLUDING THE UK) *4-7 WORKING DAYS

REST OF THE WORLD COUNTRIES *5-14 WORKING DAYS

NOTICE: You may incur import taxes and duties on your international order. Please note these additional costs are your responsibility as payment can be necessary for your parcel to be delivered. Therefore we strongly recommend you contact your local customs office for further information.  

*Please note these dates are a guide, sometimes your parcel may experience customs delay. Unfortunately, KAYADUA has no control over these delays but is happy to help where we can.

Thank you for choosing KAYADUA. If you are not satisfied with your item(s), please see the return policy outlined below:

Our return policy lasts 14 days from the date you receive it. To be eligible for a refund or exchange, your item must be regular-priced. Your items must be unused/unworn and in the same condition that you received them. They must also be in the original packaging.

ALL RETURNS WILL HAVE TO BE MADE WITH THE CARRIER USED TO SHIP THE ITEMS TO YOU, TO ENSURE RECEPTION BACK TO US IN GHANA. If you choose to ship via another carrier, any additional cost to retrieve the item(s) on our hand such as taxes will be deducted from your refund.

There are certain situations where only a credit note or partial refunds are given: (if applicable) - Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery.

When returning your item, you are responsible for paying for your own shipping cost. The original shipping cost is non-refundable. Also, note that the shipping cost of items returned to us due to your absence upon delivery is non-refundable. We ask you to do your best to track the shipping process of your items.

We offer a refund upon returns and after a review of items.

NOTICE: We only offer returns on regular-priced items. Items on sale cannot be returned or exchanged. Exchange is only eligible for certain items and colors.

Your returned item will be inspected once it is received and you will be notified of our approval or rejection of your refund.

Your refund will be processed through your original payment method once your refund notice is approved.

Where there is an exchange, you will be contacted to discuss your exchange options.
